Every quote separates hardware, licensing, freight and labor. You see the unit price and the quantity, so you can cut a line without renegotiating the whole thing.
Hardware carries a transparent procurement margin — unlike recurring licensing, which passes through at cost. We will tell you what that margin is if you ask.
Tell us the outcome, not the part number
"Twelve people doing CAD" gets a better result than a SKU list. If you do have a part number, even better.
Quote in two business days
Two or three configurations at different price points, with the trade-offs written out plainly.
PO, deposit or card
Net-30 terms available on approved credit. Hardware over $25k typically takes a deposit.
Staged before it ships
Imaged, updated, enrolled, labeled and inventoried in your asset record — then shipped to the site or the desk.
Warranty is ours to chase
DOA units, RMAs and manufacturer warranty claims run through us for the life of the coverage.
